This piece started as a Christmas card, but I kind of got off track. It ended up being a matching of light, tone and texture with 4 source images and somehow evolved into a magazine cover. It's hard to match a painted style, but I think i pretty much got it. A little noise, a little paint, a little light and you're there. My model is a friend and his animated expression draws me back to the source time after time. OCD you say?!
