This is a fairly straight piece. It's kind of a return to the beginning in one sense, but it is also done completely from scratch. I was studying the covers for Oxygen magazine, as a friends' daughter is art director there, and was drawn into doing some magazine style stuff. This kind of work would get stale quickly, but it was nice to know I could actually do it. Stu is a friend of mine, and a good sport, so he okayed using his visage as source model. Thanks Stu! A famous Canadian in my opinion.
